Yes, the All Nations is firstly about participation and enjoyment, and our competitions cater for all standards.
Are competitions graded?
Yes, where there are sufficient numbers to have more than one grade. For example, Islington netball has A, B and C grades on Tuesday night and Wednesday nights. Competition managers will also be able to advise on the best night to play given your experience and ability.
I want to play but can’t play for the whole season. Can I still register and what will it cost?
You should firstly contact the competition manager to discuss your circumstances. Where all teams are full, you can go on the reserves list, but where some teams need players, you should be able to join those teams and pay registration on a pro-rata basis.
I want to play with a few friends but we haven’t got enough people for a full team. Can we register together?
Yes, you can all play in the same team and the All Nations will arrange for other players to join your team providing there are spaces a team.
I want to register as an individual. Is this possible and what happens next?
Yes, we have heaps of people registering as individuals. Once you register, we will arrange a team for you and send full team and fixture details a week before the season starts. If the competition is full, we can put you on the reserves list – where people get picked up for teams anyway…if not, you get some games along the way.
What happens if I can’t play one week?
Please arrange a reserve from the reserves list (there is a reserves list for most competitions, published on the website as a separate page for each competition) or get a friend to fill in. Please also inform all your team mates asap, preferably by email, so they can arrange for someone else to play if necessary.
Do I get to go to the pub?
We hope so!! All our comps are friendly and social and lots of teams have a few drinks after each game. Find out from the venue manager where the local pub is that everyone goes to.
